Description
The Center for Foundational Academic Research and Strategic Innovation for the Defense Enterprise (C-FARSIDE) aims to bridge foundational academic research and strategic innovation for the Defense enterprise. The awardee will facilitate transdisciplinary collaborations among scholars and defense strategists to transform research into national security solutions. Responsibilities include technology scouting, supporting concept incubation and technology transition, fostering industry/university/government collaboration, and developing research teams focused on problem-based research. The program seeks to accelerate innovation and improve mission effectiveness through these activities.
