The Workers’ Compensation Board – Alberta is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional consulting engineering services for the CB JB Fire Damper Replacement project at WCB’s Central and Jarvis Buildings. The services include engineering design, drawing verification and updates, tender support, construction administration, quality assurance, and project close-out support for a multi-year fire damper remediation initiative. The successful consultant will deliver a complete, code-compliant, tender-ready engineering package to support the competitive procurement and oversight of the multi-year replacement of fire dampers. The contract duration is approximately 64 months starting from September 21, 2026.
