Description

This solicitation involves two phases. Phase One requires identifying locations along the East Barriere FSR between 6 - 10 km that do not meet sightline and/or safety requirements for a 40 km/hr road and providing recommendations to improve these areas, including identifying high priority private land parcel locations adjacent to the road and right of way. Phase Two involves completing appropriate survey and geometric road design for the agreed road section, with the design submitted as Issued for Construction (IFC) at the end of the contract.
