Description

The solicitation is a request for quotations for in-ground refuse collection and disposal services. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to pick up refuse from City-owned containers at designated locations and dispose of it at the contractor's disposal facility. The contractor is responsible for removing all refuse from in-ground cans of specified size and lining the bins with waste bags supplied by the contractor. All services must be performed to the complete satisfaction of the City of Surrey.
