Description

The Ohio Department of Health seeks a qualified partner to support statewide asthma education and improve systems of care for individuals living with asthma. The contractor will develop and disseminate evidence-based educational resources, provide professional training, and promote best practices for asthma prevention, diagnosis, management, and care coordination. Funding will support activities that strengthen asthma education for healthcare providers, school personnel, community partners, and families through training, digital resources, educational materials, and outreach.
