Description

Cumberland County is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced and qualified vendors to inspect, evaluate, collect, and report on the overall condition of 40 County facilities. The assessment includes interior, mechanical, electrical, roofing, envelope, and structural components of buildings, as well as ADA accommodations. The selected vendor may be required to present findings to leadership and staff and must demonstrate expertise in facility assessment and communication of results. Electronic bids are not permitted; submissions must follow instructions in the attachments.
