The Town of Bowling Green, Virginia is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide planning-level asset management program development and related GIS/asset management tools and staff training services for the Town’s public drinking water and wastewater systems. The services are funded in part by a Virginia Department of Health Planning and Development Grant. The goal is to select the most qualified firm based on experience, technical capability, and understanding of asset management principles for small municipal utilities.
