Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to accept a negative declaration submitted by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (NDWEE) to satisfy emission guidelines and compliance times requirements for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) units in Nebraska. The negative declaration certifies that there are no existing sources within Nebraska that must comply with the rule.
