Description
This notice announces the postponement of the preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation concerning imports of Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane from the People's Republic of China. The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that the investigation is extraordinarily complicated and that additional time is necessary to make a preliminary determination. The deadline for the preliminary determination is extended to no later than 130 days after the initiation of the investigation, now set for September 18, 2026. Interested parties are cooperating and have requested extensions to respond to questionnaires, and comments can be submitted via the provided regulations.gov link.
