The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that producers/exporters of citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand did not make sales at less than normal value during the period of review from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The review includes mandatory respondents COFCO and Sunshine, with a zero percent dumping margin preliminarily calculated for both. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review is conducted under the Tariff Act of 1930 and includes assessment and cash deposit requirements for antidumping duties.
