Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China for the period January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Commerce is also rescinding this review in part with respect to five companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review involves assessment of countervailing duties and cash deposit requirements for the subject merchandise.
