Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers from Malaysia for the period of review January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. This decision is based on the finding that there were no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. As a result, the administrative review is rescinded in its entirety effective July 16, 2026, and current cash deposit requirements remain unchanged.
