Description
The United States International Trade Commission has scheduled full five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930. These reviews will determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey and the revocation of antidumping duty orders on the same product from multiple countries would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews involve multiple countries including Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and United Arab Emirates. The Commission will hold hearings and accept written submissions as part of the review process.
