Description
This notice continues the national emergency declared with respect to significant transnational criminal organizations. The national emergency was originally declared by Executive Order 13581 on July 24, 2011, and additional steps were taken by Executive Order 13863 on March 15, 2019. The continuation extends the national emergency for one year beyond July 24, 2026, due to the ongoing threat these organizations pose to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.
