Description
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the modernization of vertical transportation systems at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Rental Car Center. The project involves modernizing 12 elevators and 18 escalators to improve airport operations and passenger experience. The work will be phased to minimize impact on operations, including night work and multiple shifts, and is expected to last six years. The CMAR will be responsible for managing subcontractors, construction means and methods, and delivering the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
