This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide academic instructional tutoring services for federally funded (Title I, II, III, or IV) Local Education Agencies (LEA) and Private Non-Profit (PNP) students in grades K-12. The Education Service Center Region 11 will purchase these services on an as-needed basis through a competitively awarded contract. Multiple qualified vendors may be awarded contracts as a result of this solicitation.
