This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority to qualify vendors to provide pharmacy services in mental health and substance use health care community settings. The services are intended for adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders across Vancouver Island and surrounding areas. The scope includes short and longer-term rehabilitation, substance use treatment, supportive recovery, and supported housing services.
