The City of Penticton invites qualified respondents to submit proposals for consulting services to review and update the City of Penticton's Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw 2022-38. The consultant will lead the process to have a new DCC Bylaw adopted and in place by mid 2027. This opportunity is a Request for Proposal issued by the City of Penticton.
