The City of Pendleton is seeking qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for three municipal facilities: City Hall (including the Library), Fire Station No. 1, and the Police Department. - Government Buyer: - City of Pendleton - Facilities include City Hall & Library, Fire Station No. 1, and Police Department - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or named vendors; this is a service contract - Products/Services Requested: - Janitorial services for City Hall & Library: cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, and restroom restocking, five days per week after business hours - Janitorial services for Police Department: daily cleaning five days per week before 8 AM, including trash removal, cleaning/disinfecting bathrooms, entryways, common areas, breakrooms, and conference tables - Janitorial services for Fire Station No. 1: weekly cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen, office areas, main hall, and glass doors - All locations: City provides cleaning supplies and paper products; specialized cleaning (e.g., carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, blinds cleaning) is billed separately - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor employees must pass background checks and CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) testing - Cleaning at City Hall & Library is after business hours; Police Department cleaning is before 8 AM - Ability to plunge toilets as needed (major plumbing handled by City) - Maintenance issues must be reported to City Facilities - Payment is monthly, invoiced by the 10th, with 30-day payment terms - Contract term is one year with up to three one-year extension options

The City of Pendleton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for Pendleton City Hall, Pendleton Fire Station No. 1, and the Pendleton Police Department. The contract term is one year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for up to three additional one-year terms. Services are required five days per week at City Hall and the Police Department, and one day per week at Fire Station No. 1. The scope includes routine cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, and maintenance reporting, with supplies provided by the City.
