The Government of Saskatchewan's Ministry of Highways is seeking airport operations consulting services for a three-year term at six certified airports in northern Saskatchewan. - Government Buyer: - Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Highways, Air & Marine Office (Prince Albert) - Scope of Services: - Delivery and development of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Airport Operations Manuals (AOM), Wildlife Management Plans (WMP), Winter Maintenance Plans, and compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and TP312 Aerodrome Standards - Training courses on SMS (including human and organizational factors), Incident Command System, and Wildlife Management Planning - Routine SMS conformance audits, live and tabletop ERP exercises, annual SMS reviews, and on-demand manual/plan reviews and updates - Technical and regulatory advice, and organization of debriefing events after aircraft incidents/accidents - Locations: - Six certified airports: Stony Rapids (CYSF), Fond-du-Lac (CZFD), Uranium City (CYBE), Wollaston Lake (CZWL), Buffalo Narrows (CYVT), Meadow Lake (CYLJ) - Air & Marine Office in Prince Albert - Notable Requirements: - Ability to deliver training both onsite and remotely, including to staff with limited English proficiency - Compliance with safety standards for personal protective equipment (PPE) - Annual price inflation adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index - Travel to remote northern locations may be required - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; this is a consulting and training services procurement.

Description

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways requires airport consulting services for three years.
