Description

South Dakota Department of Health is soliciting proposals from long-term care providers interested in obtaining additional long-term care nursing facility beds. The purpose is to increase nursing facility capacity in the state to meet identified needs, with preference given to proposals addressing specific care needs and expanding home and community-based services.
