Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG) has an immediate and urgent need to significantly increase the number of unannounced ICE detention facility inspections it conducts to ensure appropriate oversight of detainee health, safety, security, and other relevant standards. This order will provide contractor support services to perform on-site walk-throughs, document observations and deficiencies, conduct interviews, request and collect data for further analysis, and reporting.
