The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the construction of the Public Works Complex. The project includes site work, utilities, civil improvements, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other work for a complete and operational facility located at 1100 Eidson Road, Eagle Pass, Texas. The City intends to award a contract based on best value as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria and weighted values identified in the RFP, and the City reserves rights to reject proposals, waive irregularities, negotiate, and award in the City's best interest.
