Description

SCV Water is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive photovoltaic asset management, operations and maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, system optimization, reporting, risk management, and lifecycle planning services for its photovoltaic portfolio. The consultant will act as a strategic asset management partner, providing expertise, labor, equipment, software, materials, supervision, and support to maximize system performance, reliability, safety, and long-term asset value. Services must be performed according to industry best practices, applicable codes and standards, safety regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and the RFP requirements. The contract term is two years with up to three one-year renewable extensions at the agency's discretion.
