Description
This solicitation is for the purchase of various types of machines, equipment, and repair parts needed to repair and/or replace machines and equipment for the Divisions of Water, Cleveland Public Power, and Water Pollution Control of the Department of Public Utilities. The contract period is up to two years as authorized by Ordinance 481-2024 passed by Council on June 3, 2026. Bids may be awarded as a single contract or by separate contracts for any combination of items. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled via Microsoft Teams on July 23, 2026, and sealed bids must be delivered by August 6, 2026, to the Office of the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies at Cleveland City Hall.
