OPC is seeking expert consulting and testimony services to assist in BGE's electric base rate case (PSC Case Number 9888). The services include reviewing BGE's filing, testimony, exhibits, workpapers, discovery responses, and related materials; assisting in discovery and issue identification; developing recommended adjustments or policy positions; preparing testimony and exhibits; reviewing rebuttal or surrebuttal testimony; assisting counsel in hearing preparation; supporting settlement discussions and briefing; and providing technical review or analysis to support public-facing summaries or communications regarding the case.
