Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the procurement of comprehensive Wellness Services for Cecil County Public Schools. Only organizations that provide Wellness Services and are financially sound with the last three years of audited financial statements will be considered. Proposals must conform to the conditions set forth in the RFP and be submitted by August 21, 2026, 5:00 PM ET. A letter of declination should be submitted by August 14, 2026, if not submitting a proposal.
