Description
The City of San Antonio, through its Capital Delivery Department, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Professional Appraisers to provide On-Call Real Estate Appraisal Services on an as-needed basis throughout Bexar County, Texas. Services include valuation of residential, commercial/industrial, and undeveloped land; temporary and permanent easements; market and rental analyses; and miscellaneous valuations for partial or full property acquisitions. The City intends to select one or more qualified respondents for non-exclusive contracts. A pre-submittal conference will be held via WebEx, and responses are due by August 28, 2026.
