U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking a qualified provider for kenneling and dog walking services to support its Canine Enforcement Program at Newark Liberty International Airport. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Enforcement Contracting Division - Scope of Services: - Kenneling services for up to 30 working canines, with daily care and fluctuating quantities based on operational needs - Dog walking services: 15 minutes per dog, twice weekly - Bathing and feeding services, with food costs billed only for CBP canines - Emergency and routine veterinary care coordination, including immediate first aid and communication with CBP supervisors - Facility & Operational Requirements: - Kennel must be within 25 miles or 45 minutes of Newark Liberty International Airport - Secure facility with strict access controls, sanitation, and maintenance standards - 24/7 access for CBP officers and confidentiality of CBP operations - Detailed recordkeeping and compliance with health and safety standards - Contract Structure: - Five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with fixed pricing and economic price adjustment - Small business set-aside; vendors must be SAM-registered - Pricing requested per canine per day, with separate lines for bathing and food - No specific OEMs or commercial kennel brands are named; the opportunity is open to qualified commercial kenneling service providers.

Description

Canine Enforcement Program, Customs & Border Protection at the location.  The number of canines to be kenned will be 0-30 dogs.  The number of canines is subject to change according to the demands of their service and/or emergency situations. Site destination shall be located no more than twenty-five (25) miles or no more than forty-five (45) minutes travel time. The canines’ work address is as follows:
