Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S6U26QA018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for a comprehensive furniture supply, spatial layout validation, delivery, staging, and certified installation services to modernize administrative and operational command spaces at Mather, CA 95655. More information is available within the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside but quotes from Federal Prison Industries (FPI) will be accepted per FAR Clause 52.219-6 Alternate I. The NAICS code is 337214 and the size standard is 1,100 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This action will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to the quoter providing the most advantageous quote to the Government considering technical, delivery, experience and price.

The Government has provided layouts in the SOW, but it acknowledges it may not be 100% accurate. All required information is included within the attached documents.

Instructions to quoters:

a. To be eligible for award, a quote must be received by the date and time indicated on this notice and comply with the requirements of the solicitation to include:

1. Complete itemized pricing, to include labor and materials.

2. Unique Entity Identified (UEI) and CAGE.

3. A detailed technical description to ensure compliance with SOW and warranty details including what is covered and the period, project schedule.

    a. Site visit: July 27, 2026, 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

    b. Request to attend site visit: July 22, 2026, 11:00 AM PDT. Complete the pre-authorization request form, listing all individuals            who will attend. Send a request for a secure link to the POC to transfer the file. A REAL ID will be required for entry.

    c. Questions due: July 28, 2026, 11:00 AM PDT.

    d. Quotes due: August 4, 2026, 11:00 AM PDT. Quotes must be emailed to the POC listed. The subject must contain “W50S6U26QA018 149 IS Bldg. 4750 Furniture”. Quotes must be valid through September 30, 2026. By responding to this RFQ, the quoter agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein, and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and provisions.
