This opportunity invites industry partners to propose innovative software solutions for the U.S. Army's Agentic C2 Framework Tool (ECHOTRIBBLE) prototype. - Issued by the Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command, in collaboration with ARCYBER and ArCTIC - Seeks whitepapers for developing an autonomous, modular software agent - Tool must autonomously navigate digital infrastructures, detect anomalies, and neutralize threats with minimal human oversight - Key requirements: modularity, low resource usage, multi-platform deployment, secure communications, and anomaly detection - No specific OEMs, hardware, or part numbers are specified; focus is on software prototype development - Submission window: July 13 to August 13, 2026 - Virtual demonstration phase: October 2026 - Potential for follow-on production contracts if prototype is successful and funding is available - No quantities or specific products are listed; this is a request for innovative solutions, not a product purchase - Additional technical requirements are detailed in the attached document
Description
The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC), in collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC), invites qualified industry partners to submit a whitepaper based on the included criteria for the development of an Agentic C2 Framework tool designed to autonomously navigate infrastructures, identifying and neutralizing identified threats/targets. This prototype will implement a modular, autonomous agent capable of navigation, environmental observation, and anomaly detection across digital environments and improving consistency across lines of effort that would occur without AI assistance.
