Description

The City of North Bay is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Lakeshore Drive twin Culvert Replacement. The work includes removal of existing infrastructure, installation of twin 900mm diameter culverts, site grading, frost treatment, restoration of sub-base and base materials, asphalt paving of road and path, rip rap including geotextile, grading, restoration of driveways and yards, topsoil, seed and cover, traffic control and signage, and other ancillary items as indicated in the drawings and specifications. The project duration is 6 months with completion required by August 14, 2026, following the written order to commence work.
