Description
This solicitation is for the inspection of the exterior of the outfall pipe and a detailed assessment of the diffusers at the Southtowns Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 3690 Lakeshore Rd., Buffalo, NY 14219. The inspection will take place in Lake Erie and will not involve entering the pipe. All maritime rules and regulations must be followed for diving and/or remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations during this inspection. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the County of Erie Division of Purchase by the specified opening date and time.
