Description

The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive parking management, operations, maintenance, customer service, security coordination, and revenue control services for City owned parking facilities and on-street parking operations. The selected contractor will manage day-to-day operations of parking garages, surface lots, metered parking systems, event parking operations, and associated technologies including the City’s Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The contractor must ensure uninterrupted parking operations, maintain high customer service standards, support revenue collection and operational efficiency, and manage evolving parking system technologies and operational needs. The contract includes detailed line items for management, staffing, services, and optional valet parking services.
