This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits contractors to provide septic system inspection, maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for multiple CAL FIRE state-owned fire stations. The scope includes work on septic tanks, lift pumps, still wells, distribution boxes, grease traps, leach fields and pits, ponds, spray fields, and associated equipment. The services aim to ensure all CAL FIRE MMU septic systems meet standards to prevent system failure and maintain operational readiness. Contractors must provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary for the work.
