This opportunity is for comprehensive concrete demolition and installation services at the Mine Safety and Health Administration's Approval and Certification Center campus in Triadelphia, West Virginia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Customer Acquisition Services - Scope of Work: - Demolition, disposal, and installation of new concrete at multiple campus locations - Specific areas include: - Building 1 front entrance: Replace concrete plaza, flagpole base, and curb with accessible ramp (4" thick, 4,000 PSI, wire mesh) - Building 1 rear: Replace loading dock concrete, steps, and handrail (8" thick, 4,000 PSI, #4 rebar) - Building 3 driveway: Replace underground culvert with 24" HDPE pipe, new concrete and asphalt overlay - Building 3 front entrance: Replace steps, landing, and curb (4,000 PSI, rebar) - Building 7: Replace garage and salt bin apron concrete (8" thick, 4,000 PSI, #4 rebar) - All work includes quality control, supervision, and compliance with safety/regulatory standards - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs or part numbers; all concrete and materials must meet specified PSI and reinforcement requirements - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision - Unique Requirements: - Total small business set-aside - 90-day performance period - Adherence to detailed technical specifications for concrete thickness, reinforcement, and finish - Replacement of driveway drainpipe with 24" HDPE pipe - Reinstallation of existing dock leveler, bumpers, and railings where applicable

The Government requires a contractor that shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to demolish/dispose of and install new concrete in various areas of MSHA’s Approval and Certification Center’s campus.
