Description

The Municipal Permitting Modernization Program provides New York State municipalities with two years of no-cost access to a software platform designed to improve workflow and modernize municipal building and zoning processes. The program supports New York's agenda to accelerate housing development, reduce costs for families, and ensure critical infrastructure projects proceed without delays. Participants will receive configuration, deployment, training, and technical support from the software vendor and a dedicated provider contracted by NYSERDA. The software offered is Citizenserve®, a browser-based Software-as-a-Service platform for building plan approval.
