Description
The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA) is seeking a responsive and responsible vendor to supply meals delivered to Camp Smith Training Site to support service members during training operations. The contract covers meal services as per the attached meal plan scope of work, including bagged breakfasts, bagged lunches, and buffet style hot dinners with accommodations for dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, halal, and kosher. Subcontracting is not permitted, and the RFQ is limited to New York State certified MWBEs and SDVOBs. The contract term is from September 15, 2026, to October 8, 2026.
