Description

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is soliciting competitive proposals for the design, supply, implementation, and ongoing support of an enterprise-class Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (BR/DR) solution. The solution must provide comprehensive data protection across ARC's hybrid environment, establish immutable backup storage, replicate protected data to an off-site cloud platform, and deliver recovery capabilities meeting Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) measured in minutes. ARC is not seeking Backup as a Service (BaaS) or Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) providers. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 14, 2026, and the contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals.
