Description

This solicitation invites bids for the construction of a roundabout at York Durham Line and Bloomington Road, including excavation, grading, paving, curb and gutter replacement, storm sewer and culvert work, illumination upgrades, landscaping, and temporary traffic signals. Additionally, asphalt removal and warm mix asphalt paving will be performed on York Durham Line from 383 m south of Tenth Line to 10 m north of Bethesda Sideroad. Work is scheduled for the 2026 and 2027 construction seasons and will last approximately 7 months. Only prequalified contractors may submit electronic bids through the Region's Bids and Tenders website, and bids must meet mandatory requirements including OHSMS certification and bid deposit.
