The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking competitive quotations for the supply of Air Cleaner 220V equipment for stock and make ready purposes. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Jakarta, Procurement Contracting Unit - Managed by the American Embassy Jakarta Procurement Section - Products Requested: - 100 units of air cleaners (Honeywell Air Touch P1 or equivalent) - Technical requirements: - CADR minimum 450 m³/h - Coverage up to 64 m² - Three-stage filtration: Pre-Filter, H13 Grade HEPA Filter, Activated Carbon Filter - Non-UV and non-ionizer purification - Air quality sensor and indicator - Multiple fan speeds, sleep mode timer, filter replacement indicator, child lock - Max noise 54 dB, max power consumption 82W, operating voltage 220-240V 50-60Hz - Dimensions approx. 525 x 211 x 350 mm - Filter life approx. 3,000 hours - Minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty with one-to-one replacement for defects - OEMs and Vendors: - Honeywell (OEM for Air Touch P1) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable - Unique Requirements: - All items must be new/original with warranty valid in Indonesia - Delivery required within three weeks of purchase order issuance - Bidders must have a local representative office and prior experience with the Embassy - Pricing must be firm fixed in IDR or USD, excluding VAT - Services: - Warranty support (minimum two years, one-to-one replacement for manufacturing defects)

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta,  invites your company to submit a competitive sales quotation as attached RFQ.

The Provider shall supply the required equipment, along with necessary accessories, subscriptions, and warranty support. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and/or RFQ documents for complete specifications and requirements.

Important Terms and Conditions Payment Terms: Net 30 days after goods/services are received and proper invoice is submitted. Competitive Bidding: This RFQ is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. Award Process: We reserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder.
