The U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii at Schofield Barracks is seeking bulk potable water delivery services to support 21,000 personnel. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii, Schofield Barracks - Services Requested: - Bulk potable water delivery and direct-fill services for tactical M149 400-gallon trailer-mounted water tanks ('Water Buffalos') - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials - Water must be sourced from Hawaii Department of Health (DOH)-approved sources - Use of NSF-approved food-grade hoses and adapters compatible with military water assets is required - Contractor must have base access clearance - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the requirements - Notable Requirements: - Direct filling of military water tanks - Compliance with Hawaii DOH and NSF standards - Support for a large population (21,000 personnel) - Capability to operate on a secure military installation

Description

Deliver bulk potable water either via a known schedule or on an on-call basis to ensure no facility or tactical water station is without water at any time. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver potable water to Schofield Barracks. A critical aspect of this requirement is the direct filling of US Army tactical M149 series 400-gallon trailer-mounted water tanks "Water Buffalos".
