The U.S. Air Force at Travis Air Force Base is seeking vendors to supply custom museum display cases for the Travis AFB Aviation Museum. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 60th Contracting Squadron, Travis AFB Aviation Museum - Products/Services Requested: - 5 Mannequin Exhibit Cases (tower/freestanding, 84H x 36W x 36D inches, UV filtering acrylic, hinged doors with keyed locks, museum-quality materials) - 1 Table Top Exhibit Case with Hinged Door (44.5H x 48W x 30D inches, UV filtering acrylic, museum-quality materials) - 1 Exhibit Display Case with Storage (52H x 60W x 30D inches, sealed, silica gel compartment, security screws, airtight display cavity, locking storage base) - Notable Requirements: - All cases must match the construction and design style of existing museum cases - Must comply with Air Force Instruction 84-103 for museum display standards - Use of UV filtering acrylic, formaldehyde-free Medex, and museum-quality finishes - Hinged, gasketed doors with keyed locks and base/floor levelers - Delivery required within 60 days of contract award - 12-month commercial warranty required - Vendors must provide photographic evidence of proposed products for evaluation - No specific OEMs or brands are specified; products must be new and meet detailed technical and aesthetic requirements

Description

The Travis AFB Aviation Museum has a requirement for three (3) different size museum display cases: mannequin (5 each), table top (1 each), and exhibit display (1 each). Ensuring Construction/Design style provided meets existing museum cases as showcased in pictures from Statement of Work.
