The Combat Forces Command (CFC) / Space Acquisition and Integration Office (SAIO) is seeking information for a comprehensive office relocation and furniture procurement project: - Government Buyer: - Combat Forces Command (CFC), Space Acquisition and Integration Office (SAIO) - OEM Highlight: - Steelcase is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer for all new office furniture and electrical components - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial-grade Steelcase office furniture, procured via GSA contract GS-27F-0014V / 47QSMS24D0034 - All modular furniture must use exact Steelcase OEM electrical components to ensure compatibility, safety, and warranty - Professional relocation services, including transport, disassembly, and reconfiguration of existing furniture from Schriever SFB to Peterson SFB - Minor facility preparation, such as wall painting and commercial carpet installation at the new location - Certified installation, maintenance, reconfiguration, and warranty services for all furniture, with emergency repairs required within 48 hours and service coverage within 100 miles of Peterson SFB - Notable Requirements: - Only Steelcase OEM components are permitted for electrical and modular furniture systems - All installation and warranty work must be performed by manufacturer-certified technicians under the oversight of a local authorized dealer - Emergency on-site repairs must be available within 48 hours
