The Government will review past performance information from CPARS, PPIRS, and other sources.Acceptable: Offeror demonstrates satisfactory performance on similar contracts and has no terminations for cause or default within the past three (3) years.Unacceptable: Offeror has a record of unsatisfactory performance or one or more terminations for cause or default within the past three (3) years.Factor 3 PricePrice will be evaluated for reasonableness.
