The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is preparing a Small Business Set-Aside IDIQ contract for IT Global Operation Support Services to support approximately 160 schools worldwide. - Government Buyer: - Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) - Scope of Services: - 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management - DevSecOps and cloud-native application development - Enterprise device management for Microsoft Intune, Apple School Manager, ChromeOS, mobile devices, and IoT - Enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) support, including SD-WAN, LAN, wireless, firewall, and cloud networking - Cloud operations support for Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace - Agile project management, business case and requirements analysis, and technical writing - Compliance Requirements: - Must meet DoD, NIST, RMF, Zero Trust, DISA STIG, and Section 508 standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The contract will have a 12-month base period with nine 12-month option periods (up to 10 years total) - Services are intended to support DoWEA's global educational mission and IT modernization

Description

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) plans to solicit proposals for IT Global Operation Support Services in support of its worldwide educational mission, which encompasses approximately 160 schools serving more than 69,000 students and 11,800 employees across the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Europe, and the Pacific. The anticipated Small Business Set-Aside acquisition will result in a competitive IDIQ contract supporting enterprise-wide IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, network operations, DevSecOps, device management, project management, business analysis, and technical documentation. The contract is expected to include a one-year base period with nine one-year option periods and will support DoWEA's ongoing IT modernization and mission-critical technology requirements.
