Electrical Engineering Services at NCTS HR DET LaMoure Transmitter Site Small Business Set-AsideNCTS HR DET LaMoure requires the installation of a new in-kind utility transformer. The existing transformer will need to be removed and refurbished by the contractor. The new transformer will need to be installed and tested to ANSI/NETA standards prior to being put into service. The removed transformer will be refurbished and returned to site to be stored as an on-site spare in a location designated by site personnel.
