USCIS is seeking proposals for the supply and ongoing maintenance of eight adjustable card counters for use in Permanent Resident Card and Employment Authorization Document production at two facilities. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) - Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP), Document Management Division (DMD) - Products Requested: - Eight (8) adjustable card counters - Part number: 7540-01-152-8067 (as referenced in attachments) - Four units to be delivered to Lees Summit, MO; four to Corbin, KY - Used for count verification in card production operations - Services Requested: - Monthly maintenance for all eight card counters - Maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of office machines - Base year plus four one-year option periods (total five years) - Maintenance to be performed monthly for all units - Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; open to commercial products meeting requirements - Offerors are encouraged to provide maximum discounts beyond standard commercial pricing - All technical and pricing details must be submitted per the Statement of Work and pricing spreadsheet - The procurement will result in a single award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror - No OEMs or vendors are specified in the solicitation or attachments; part number 7540-01-152-8067 is referenced for the card counters

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation Number 70SBUR26R00000012 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for DHS purchase and maintenance of eight (8) card counters for the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) for the total potential period of performance of 08/01/2026 – 07/31/2031 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

RFP 70SBUR26R00000012 is being issued with the intent to make one (1) award. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable basis. Submission of a complete proposal constitutes affirmation of your ability to provide the item and maintenance in accordance with the criteria outlined in the attached solicitation documents. Amendments to this solicitation will be publicized in the same manner as the initial synopsis and solicitation. The Government is requesting maximum additional discounts beyond standard commercial pricing for the requirement. The proposal shall display any discount provided by the contractor and should represent the best possible price that the contractor can provide.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 424120 - Stationery and Office Supplies Merchant Wholesalers.

Price Proposals shall be submitted using the attached Excel Spreadsheet (Attachment C).

There will not be a question and answer period associated with this RFP.
