The City of Roswell is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified contractors to provide all personnel, materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary for Construction Management at Risk services for Fire Station No. 23 and a Lump Sum Proposal for Fire Station No. 27. The projects are detailed in Section 3 of the RFP.
