Fermilab requires expert assistance in a company that has experience and is very familiar with the Illinois electricity retail market, understands the rules and regulations, monitors regulatory and other market changes including pricing trends etc. on a real time basis. Many customers have been affected negatively by not fully understanding the consequences of implementing certain initiatives because they did not have adequate information about the rules, regulations, current and forthcoming changes in the market structure in Illinois.
